Terms of Use

Taxi Booking

Thanks for booking your taxi with us.

Please read the below terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

  1. The quoted price for your booking includes any tolls that are on route as per the map displayed. If additional tolls are taken at your request, they will need to be paid in addition to the driver.
  2. The quoted price for bookings from Sydney Airport includes waiting time from when the flight is confirmed landed; up-to 1 hour from the International Terminal, and 30 minutes from the Domestic Terminal. After this time, there will be a charge of AUD$10 per 10 minutes, which will need to be paid in addition to the driver. Bookings from any other location other then Sydney Airport includes waiting time up-to 10 minutes.  After this time, there will be a charge of AUD$10 per 10 minutes, which will need to be paid in addition to the driver.
  3. Pre-paid bookings are non refundable if a cancellation is made 3 hours prior to the booking time. All other cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee.
  4. NO-SHOWS; meaning passengers that have not shown up for the booking, will result in the full fare being charged.  Bookings from Sydney Airport; If we cannot make contact with the passengers after 1 hour from the International Terminal, and 30 minutes from the Domestic Terminal, from when the flight has been confirmed landed, we will consider the booking as a no-show.  Bookings from any other location other than Sydney Airport; If we cannot make contact with the passengers after 15 minutes, we will consider the booking as a no-show.
  5. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any bookings where there are no vehicles available due to staff being unavailable, or vehicles breaking-down. We will notify the passengers immediately and will provide, if available, alternative arrangements. If alternative arrangements can not be provided, we will give a full refund.
  6. Damages to the vehicle resulting from the passengers act; meaning vehicle exterior or interior damage, as well as leaving the vehicle dirty; will result in the passenger paying for the full cost of having the vehicle repaired or cleaned, back to its original state. Passengers will also be charged for any down-time or loss of work.
  7. We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time without notice. We reserve the right to alter the rates at any time without notice.
